In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pk101 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services operated under the domain pk101.bet.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pk101 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pk101 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money PKR funds held within a player's pk101 wallet, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a player's account under a pk101 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is unlawful under local legislation.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by pk101 in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering policies.
• "AML" (Anti-Money Laundering) refers to pk101's policies and procedures designed to detect and prevent the use of the platform for financial crime.

By accessing the pk101 platform — whether by visiting the website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging with any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk101 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

pk101 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, though material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform interface or registered email address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.

To register and use the pk101 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk101 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be required during the KYC process and may be requested again at the time of any withdrawal request.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, either through pk101 or through any other gaming operator or regulatory body, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been legally declared incapable of entering into contracts are not eligible to register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation. All accounts must be registered and operated by the individual named on the account.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the pk101 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, with all balances — including winnings — forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. pk101 relies on the accuracy of this information to fulfil its KYC and AML obligations.

pk101 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without the right to withdraw any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk101 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

pk101 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pk101 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk101 support immediately via live chat. pk101 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. However, pk101 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

All deposits to pk101 accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pk101 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

pk101 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pk101 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pk101 wallet. You are advised to carefully review the deposit amount before confirming any transaction. If you believe a deposit has been credited incorrectly, contact pk101 support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. In cases where this is not possible, pk101 will request documentary evidence to verify the alternative payment method before processing.

pk101 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business hour for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. During periods of high volume or when additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. pk101 will notify the player if any delay is anticipated.

pk101 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML policy violations, or if the account's KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. In such cases, pk101 will notify the player and request any outstanding documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

pk101 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season offers, Eid promotions, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus terms that apply across all pk101 promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Only bets placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary and are published in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• pk101 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if abuse is suspected, or if the promotional offer was displayed in error.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if the account is closed, self-excluded, or found to be in breach of these Terms at the time of the bonus claim.

pk101 offers sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and slots. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after acceptance by the platform, except where a specific in-play cash-out option has been exercised by the player prior to the event conclusion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may vary depending on the event, market type, or player account status.
• pk101 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been materially affected by circumstances outside the normal course of the event, including but not limited to: technical failures, data feed errors, match-fixing, or force majeure events.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result issued by the relevant sporting body or game provider shall be the final arbiter. pk101 support may be contacted to raise a formal dispute within 72 hours of the result being published.
• Cricket betting markets on pk101, including PSL, Test matches, and T20I events, are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are settled according to the official DLS-adjusted result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk101 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to legal action:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting any other person in creating an account where the purpose is to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or otherwise exploit the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating or collusion.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking technologies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pk101 staff, support agents, or other players on any pk101 channel.
• Any form of bonus abuse including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, matched betting with the intention of exploiting promotional offers, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

All content on the pk101 platform — including but not limited to the pk101 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk101 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk101 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any platform content in any form or medium without prior written consent from pk101.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any pk101 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any purpose, including commercial research or competitive intelligence.

Any unauthorised use of pk101's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or both.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk101, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk101 platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if pk101 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specific exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or bet voidance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss or damage to data, devices, or systems resulting from the use of the pk101 platform or any software associated with it.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk101's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk101 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and are accessible from the account settings menu at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During any self-exclusion period, all login access is suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be configured to display at set intervals, showing session duration and net win/loss figures.

pk101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Discovery that the account was registered by a minor or using false identity information.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or notification from a third-party responsible gaming body.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting pk101 support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC compliance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

pk101 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk101 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with pk101 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are strongly encouraged to contact pk101 support to attempt an informal resolution. pk101 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. Formal dispute submissions should be directed to the support team via live chat with full written details of the complaint, supporting transaction references, and the outcome sought.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as directed by pk101's licensing authority.
